Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the United States, Friday, October 24th, to expose global security risk through the imposition of "dictates of one side" on the rest of the world and turn the blame in the Ukrainian crisis to the west.
the former officer of the Russian Security Service "Kih.ja.ba" announced in a speech at a ski resort in the mountains above the city of Sochi on the Black Sea "statements that Russia is trying to restore some kind of empire and they apply to the sovereignty of its neighbors is not unfounded".
