Moscow recognized the election of Lugansk and Donetsk; and Kiev protests





Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed hope Non-interference of the external attempts to thwart the elections in the republics of the Donetsk and Lugansk, stressing that Russia would recognize their results, confirming that Moscow supports the start of a national dialogue in Ukraine with the participation of the republics of the Donetsk and Lugansk Cobeitin Almalentin unilaterally.

He said in an interview with Channel Life News of the newspaper "Izvestia" Russian publication of the night Tuesday, October 28 / October: "We have said more than once that we respect the results of referendum that took place in May of this year in Lugansk and Donetsk, and insisted on actually applied through dialogue with Kiev" . 
He added that Russia "consistently support at various levels including international the need to start a national dialogue with the participation of all regions of the Ukrainian political forces."

With this Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that Russia's recognition of the legislative elections scheduled for the eastern areas of the country, undermining the peace process between the two parties. 
An official at the Foreign Ministry said Moscow's position hurt calm by weaken confidence internationally as a reliable partner as he put it.
