America's ambassador to the United Nations: Russia's actions threaten world

In her last big speech as ambassador of the United States to the United Nations, Samantha Power said that the actions of Russia are threatening the world order, which is governed by laws and regulations.

She said Bauer told the Atlantic Council in Washington that "Russia's actions do not promote a new world order. They demolish the existing system," citing Russia's intervention in Ukraine and its support for the Syrian regime, and its efforts to influence the elections in Western democracies.
